DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIMES
VAL POTTERY aims to dispatch orders placed (in stock) and paid for the same day. Orders paid by bank transfer are sent on the day that the amount due is on the account of VAL POTTERY. These delivery times are indicative and therefore no rights can be derived from them. If a product is not in stock (and has not been indicated as out-of-stock), the customer will be informed by e-mail about a later delivery date. If the customer does not agree with the delay, the ordered product can be cancelled, or the customer can order an alternative product. The cancelled product will be refunded or, if an alternative product is ordered, the over/underpaid amount will be refunded/additionally invoiced.
If, in case of problems with the delivery person, the delivery date is exceeded by 15 working days, the customer is obliged to inform us by e-mail. In that case, the customer can cancel his order and VAL POTTERY will refund the amount paid within 10 working days after receiving the information of non-delivery to the account that VAL POTTERY webshop has received from the customer.
If, in case of delivery problems at the supplier, the delivery date is exceeded by 15 working days, VAL POTTERY webshop will inform the customer by e-mail. In that case, the customer can cancel his order and VAL POTTERY will refund the paid amount within 10 working days after the customer’s response to the account that VAL POTTERY webshop has received from the customer.
Deliveries are made to the address specified by the customer when placing the order. VAL POTTERY cannot be held responsible in any way for errors made by the customer when entering the delivery and/or billing address and which may lead to delays in delivery or the impossibility of delivering the ordered products.
As soon as the products to be delivered have been delivered to the specified delivery address, the risk regarding the delivered products is transferred to the customer.
VAL POTTERY ships parcel worldwide. Depending on the amount ordered and the country of shipment, the shipping rates differ. Please note that if a product is out of stock, the delivery time will be extended by 4 to 6 weeks, as each VAL POTTERY piece is handmade. The rates below apply on www.valpottery.be. Free shipping from 95€.
All orders are shipped for free in Europe from a total amount of €95 incl. VAT. For orders up to €95 within Europe, €8 shipping costs will be charged. For orders outside Europe, standard shipping costs are €20, regardless of the amount ordered.
SAFE AND WELL PACKED
The ceramic pieces may be of the best quality, but unfortunately this service is not unbreakable either. All packages are therefore securely packed with an extra layer of bubble wrap between all pieces and on the outside. You can receive your package with peace of mind, without any broken pieces.

SHIPPING WITH BPOST
VAL POTTERY sends all parcels with loyal partner BPost, the postal company of Belgium. Parcels can be delivered in 3 different ways, or you can pick them up in our showroom.
MODIFY OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER
You can easily adjust your order if the update shopping cart button is visible in your shopping cart. If you would like to change your order after you have paid, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we cannot change anything.
A customer can exchange a product within 14 working days from the day following the delivery of a product.
In this case, we ask you to notify us immediately after delivery by e-mail and to return the products within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery. We ask you to indicate in the e-mail for which product you wish to exchange your purchase. Exchange is only possible if the product has not been used and the packaging is undamaged and is included. If you wish to exchange the product for a product of a different value, the balance will be refunded/additional invoiced as appropriate. The shipping costs and the risk of returning a product for exchange are borne by the customer. In the event of an exchange, VAL POTTERY webshop will pay the shipping costs of the product to be re-sent once.
